Having practiced for many years inside the federal courts, Attorney Juel is available to consult with attorneys nationwide on issues of appellate practice, federal court practice, and sentencing.

Additionally, in the trial court, Attorney Juel confers with clients and trial counsel in developing appropriate trial tactics with a special eye toward preserving issues for appeal, particularly in complicated trials and cases raising issues of first impression. In this role, he can assist trial counsel in preparing dispositive pre-trial motions, trial briefs, special jury instructions, and post-trial motions.
